Non-recycling-

The Township
will continue to monitor non-recyclables by requiring residents
to obtain a permit. The permit allows one drop off per month,
limit of six (6) per year for each residence - Permits issued
at the Clerk's Office, 1 Municipal Drive, Monday through Friday
between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Hours for this program are the same
as for the Recycling Program.

** The Non-Recycling
Program is for residential use only, however, residents may use
vehicles with commercial plated with pickup loads only!
|

Recycling
Stickers are required and may be obtained from the Township Clerks office. As of January 2009 recycling stickers will be issued at the Department of Public Works, located on Pennsylvania Avenue.
The following items are RECYCLABLE ITEMS and will be
accepted at any time unless otherwise stated: |

Food & beverage containers only
Rinse and remove any metal caps, corks or plastic pouring spouts
LABELS MAY BE LEFT ON
We cannot accept window glass, plate glass, light bulbs or dinnerware

2. All-Alluminun

All-aluminum
cans are easily identified, a magnet will not adhere to them
We cannot accept other types of aluminum such as TV dinner trays
and pet food cans

3. Newspapers |
Please bundle

NO brown bags mixed with newspapers

Township is unable to accept yard waste (item 6) because of strict
NJDEP Guidelines that cannot be complied with.
- *** Construction
debris may be taken to the Hunterdon County Transfer Station
located in Annandale, NJ. They do accept most of the building
