Our mission is to provide safe and well-maintained parks and to create opportunities for the members of our community to participate in a variety of affordable programs. Programs will provide a fun, safe and creative atmosphere in which each participant may socialize and make positive discoveries about themselves, those around them, and their environment.
Summer Intersession – the Township runs summer day camps, known as the Summer Intersession, at select elementary schools in the Flemington-Raritan Regional School District (FRRSD). The programs are open to students in the FRRSD in Grades Pre-K through Fifth and run from late June through the end of July.

AM and PM Program - $600
Ski Club – every winter, the Township sponsors a ski club for students enrolled in JP Case Middle School. The cost of the club includes transportation by bus and lift tickets at a nearby ski resort. CLICK HERE for more information on Ski Club.
Adult Basketball – the Township runs adult basketball programs at schools in the Flemington-Raritan Regional School District. Registration is open to residents of Raritan Township and their teammates. CLICK HERE for more information on Adult Basketball.

In addition, there are many Open Space parcels that offer trails for hiking and beautiful views of the surrounding area. Park facilities, such as playing fields and pavilions, require advance reservation via a Facility Use Form. Reservations are managed by the Department of Public Works.
